Istanbul Mehmet Suspended Crash Blackbell Gibi Olacak 19" 1402g
This is a protoype cymbal we picked up from the 2019 NAMM show. It is very similar to BlackBell series but the wash is a little more pleasing. This particular cymbal does not have the "BlackBell" label.
BlackBell cymbals have bright and sonic tones. The unlathed bell retains a metallic darkness, while the lathed and hand hammered playing surface offers brassy, ballsy and bright sonic colors. One moment they could be loud and dark … the next moment they could be strangely quiet yet bright. Brassy. Ballsy. Bright.
