Serpent hats are meant to be flipped. You can use the "top" as the "bottom" and vice versa.
Fantastic condition!! Previous (only) owner took good care of them. If you get your magnifying glass out you can see some tape residue on the underside of the one of the dry hat bells. The usual fingerprints and some stick marks.
