Store Policy
RETURNS:
You have 7 days from the date of purchase to return a cymbal to our showroom for store credit only. (Online sales get 14 days from date of purchase) Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase. All returned cymbals must be free of stick marks, fingerprints, dirt, and anything else keeping the cymbal from like new condition. Cymbals not meeting these strict guidelines will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns must be cleared with Round Sound before they are brought (or sent) back. please email info@roundsoundcymbals.com for more information on how to return your cymbal.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you are exchanging a cymbal, you will be responsible for return shipping costs as well as our original cost of shipping.
Some words about shipping...The shipping is only free if you decide to keep the cymbal. While we do offer free shipping, we’re still paying for it. If you're returning a cymbal for store credit, you will be given the credit less out original cost of shipping (usually around $25). For example, if your cymbal is $300 and you're returning it, you will receive $275 in store credit.
SALE:
Used and Sale items are not eligible for return. All sales are final on used and sale items.
Items located in the section of our site marked Found Sound are not eligible for return. All sales on Found Sound items are final. A Found Sound item will sometimes appear in other parts of our site. In this case, the no-return policy is still in effect. Any items marked down from the normal advertised price are considered sale items and are not eligible for return.
SPECIAL ORDERS: If you don't see the cymbal you're looking for and want us to order it for you, we can do that! Any cymbal that is not on our site and needs to be ordered is considered a special order. All special orders are final. Cymbals placed on special order cannot be returned for store credit or refund.
