We love Timothy's stuff and we love it when artists get a chance to push themselves to come up with something they're excited about. We asked Tim to go after something he was hearing in his head and this is the result. This cymbal is totally unique in the TR world of cymbals.
This is his take on the Swish style cymbal. It features a slightly upturned edge (reminiscent of the Sabian Sound Control edge) peppered with small, deep hammering blows. The result is a controlled bloom when crashed. Plenty of silvery stick definition.
