Extremely difficult to make out the stamp to give a date on these guys but our best guess is Intermediate Stamp.
There's some edge scraping happening on the bottom hat. It doesn't feel like a flea bite or ding, almost like it left the factory this way. At any rate, the pictures show the issue.
